1. Introduction

3. Account Registration and Verification

d77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or bank processing times. Transactions are generally completed within the timeframes displayed on the payment page, however these are estimates and not guarantees.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

d77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household or IP address. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once may result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.

• d77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any winnings obtained through bonus abuse will be void.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, d77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if d77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
